What are the symptoms of traction alopecia? Symptoms of traction alopecia is when you start to see thinning hair loss around the hairline such as the temples usually.

What causes traction alopecia? Traction alopecia is usually caused when you have constant tension or tightness strained on the hair daily.

Traction alpoecia hair loss can happen when wearing tight braids, ponytails and or hair extensions on a daily basis.

My hair loss tip of the day is to avoid tight hairstyles especially every day because not only can you achieve a headache from them but you can also get traction alopecia hair loss.
