There's limited evidence that collagen supplements help with hair loss, especially for permanent conditions like male pattern baldness. Although some studies suggest that collagen supplements may help with temporary hair loss.
Sources of collagen:
Bone broth
Gelatin
Organ meats
Skin-on chicken or fish
Collagen-infused beverages
Collagen chews or gummies
Marine collagen peptide supplementation can regulate your hair growth cycle and keep your hair in the anagen (growth) phase for longer.
Collagen is getting alot of hype right now to improve your hair, skin and nails. I personally believe it does help with those things. I make soup using bone broth to get my collagen intake in for hair growth!
